borderline acorn

The main object in this picture is the acorn sitting on the brick wall, there's a person in the background but he's out of focus. We have a brick wall that the acorn and the person are sitting on, as well as some weeds and grass on the side. The wall seems to be a barrier between the vegetation and the street.
I focused only on the acorn for a reason, the project we were working on was a depth of field project so i decided to focus on the acorn. I put Rigo in the back because he's obviously bigger than the acorn and i wanted to focus on something small, is all part of my story.
What i am trying to communicate in this picture is a story. The acorn is in the middle of the vegetation and the street, the wall acts as the barrier/border between them. Rigo acts as the overseer over the whole situation, but he's not in focus because this isn't his story it's the acorns story of being on the border.
i think that i did a pretty good job of executing the task i was given. Our project focus was depth of field, and i did that by making the acorn the focus of this photo, behind the acorn you find a person and a few other scattered things which are all out of focus. this is my favorite picture of all the ones i have taken.

Nery

The object of this photo is a girl, standing on a street looking up at the camera, with her shadow behind her. The main object which is me, is kind of far away but no too much were you can't make out her details, its because she's looking up that it looks kind of far away.
This photo is very simply organized, its obvious that the girl is the main focus point. I didn't take this photo so I'm not really sure what the photographer was trying to interpret.

Marlen

This is a picture of Marlen standing in the middle of a eucalyptus tree. The part of the picture that is more or less focused are the leaves that seem to be in front of her. Its a little bit washed out but not to the point where you cant make out the tree, leaves or her. The image isn't in focus, that was an accident but the picture came out good thankfully. Marlen is the darkest part of this picture which makes you focus on her despite the actual focus of the picture being on the leaves in front of her. I took this image outside and I honestly had no intention on focusing on the leaves and not her, but this is the first photo shoot I have ever done. In this picture I was trying to portray a sense of hiding, by looking at the picture I feel like she's hiding behind the leaves, but she isn't completely hidden because she isn't directly behind the leaves. I definitely don't think that this is my best work, but for my first photo shoot I think that this picture was a success despite the fact that its a little bit washed out ( due to technical difficulties).
